How to use your free EDD Paid Family Leave call

1. Create and verify your account

Register with your email address and a password. Mailjet sends a transactional confirmation message from the Infinite Digits email domain. Open the confirmation link, then return to calledd and log in. Unverified accounts cannot open the private call dashboard.

2. Enter the number where you can answer

Choose California EDD Paid Family Leave and enter a US callback number. Review the destination and masked callback number before submitting. Each verified customer account currently receives one complimentary request. Payments and paid follow-up requests are not available yet.

3. Save the incoming calledd number

Once a source number is assigned, the dashboard shows the exact caller ID that will ring you. Add it to your contacts or allowlist it so spam filtering does not silence the call. Every automatic retry for your request uses that same incoming number.

4. Follow the live call status

The status page updates automatically. calledd may call EDD up to 30 times while trying to reach the Paid Family Leave claimant-intake point. Connection timing depends on EDD call volume, and a connection is not guaranteed.

5. Answer when calledd rings

Answer promptly. You should hear EDD’s automated claimant-intake instructions. Have your ECN and full name ready, listen carefully, and provide information only to EDD when its system asks you.
