Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using calledd, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate information, use an email address you control, keep your password secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized account use. You are responsible for activity through your account.

What calledd does

calledd calls the California EDD Paid Family Leave phone line, navigates the opening automated menu, retries when appropriate, and calls the callback number you provide when the EDD call reaches claimant intake. You must answer and continue directly with EDD.

Each verified customer account currently receives one complimentary request. Paid requests, subscriptions, and checkout are not available. A request may make up to 30 call attempts and is also subject to calling hours, time limits, provider availability, and operational safeguards.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide a valid US callback number that you control or are authorized to use.
  • Keep the phone available, recognize the assigned caller ID, and answer promptly.
  • Listen to the current EDD prompt and provide claim information only to EDD.
  • Do not send passwords, verification codes, or personal claim identifiers through calledd messages.
  • Comply with applicable laws, telephone-provider rules, and these terms.
  • Review request status and cancel an open request if you no longer want calledd to continue.

Personal information during the call

calledd does not enter your ECN, Social Security number, PIN, date of birth, account number, or other personal claim identifiers. Do not provide that information to calledd. Once connected, verify that you are hearing the expected EDD flow and follow EDD’s instructions.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse calledd, interfere with its operation, evade request limits, access another person’s account, submit a number without authorization, use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity, reverse engineer the service except where law permits, or attempt to burden providers or telephone systems beyond the intended request flow.

California EDD and third-party services

calledd and Infinite Digits are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of California EDD or the State of California. calledd cannot access, decide, expedite, or change your claim.

The service depends on third parties including telephone, speech-recognition, email, hosting, analytics, and infrastructure providers. Their outages, restrictions, and terms may affect calledd. EDD may change its phone system or availability without notice.

No guarantee of connection or outcome

We do not guarantee that a call will be placed at a particular time, that EDD will answer, that claimant intake or a representative will be reached, that a transfer will remain connected, or that EDD will take any action on your claim. Requests may remain queued, retry, fail, be cancelled, or time out.

Account suspension and termination

You may soft-delete your registration through the account page. We may suspend or terminate access, cancel requests, or limit the service when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, provider requirements, misuse, operational safety, or discontinuation of the service. Soft deletion and termination do not necessarily erase retained records described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

calledd, its software, design, text, branding, and other service content are owned by Infinite Digits or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the service as intended.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, calledd is provided “as is” and “as available.” Infinite Digits disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. calledd does not provide legal, tax, benefits, or claim advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinite Digits and its owners, personnel, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost benefits, lost data, lost profits, or claim delays arising from or related to calledd. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the service during the prior 12 months or 100 US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as calledd changes. Revised terms take effect when posted with a new effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms.

Questions about these terms can be sent to calledd@infinitedigits.co.
