A calling tool for a busy government phone line
calledd by Infinite Digits is a calling and call-connection tool for the California EDD Paid Family Leave phone line. You give calledd the callback number where you can answer. The service calls EDD, navigates the opening IVR phone menu, and keeps the request moving without making you repeat those opening steps yourself.
Your request can make up to 30 call attempts. If EDD reports that the line is too busy before claimant intake, calledd automatically retries until it reaches the transfer point, uses all 30 attempts, or reaches its time limit.
What you see while it works
Your private dashboard shows real-time progress: waiting in the FIFO queue, dialing EDD, navigating prompts, retrying after congestion, and connecting to your number. You do not need to keep the page open. The durable request continues in the background, and you can return later to see its current state.
Where automation stops
calledd does not pretend to be you and does not discuss your claim. It connects you when EDD reaches its claimant-intake prompt. EDD—not calledd—is expected to ask for your Paid Family Leave ECN and then your full name before moving the call toward a live representative. Phone menus can change, so listen to the current prompt and follow EDD’s instructions.
Privacy by design
Calls are not recorded. calledd does not enter your ECN, Social Security number, PIN, date of birth, or other personal identifiers. Audio used to navigate EDD’s automated prompts is streamed for speech recognition and is not written to disk. The stream stops before your connection.
